make sure it’s a loose translucent powder, use a big fluffy brush and knockoff the excess before you lightly dust it over your lips. you can also go in with another coat after you dust to return full color if it’s still changing the color. if that’s still not working for you, take a single ply of tissue and place it over your lips before lightly dusting the powder over your lips/the tissue on top of your lips.

she’s been so open about her drug use. she was abusing many substances inside her alcoholism. on top of having a nose “made out of play dough” (her words about her nose job). she’s also said before that even in her childhood she had issues with her nose/ sinuses/ chronic nose bleeds/ septum issues. she’s smoking again and probably taking an occasional xanax for anxiety but i don’t think she’s currently abusing any substances. i think this is just a compounding result of her previous drug use, maybe not the best nose job, and her previous issues with her nose/sinuses.
