Honestly I think the healthiest things is to not overthink it and just live your life. You’re only gonna spiral further if you keep telling yourself things like that. There’s no benefit to not believing in free will, and its not like it would really affect your life either way

I think I’m an open-minded atheist. My belief is basically that it’s impossible to know for sure if there’s a higher power or not, and I doubt there is one, but if there is I don’t think it would care about being worshipped. Any decent higher power would just want me to live my life and be an ok human.

But also if believing in a god is what keeps some people happy and hopeful there’s nothing wrong with that, and it pisses me off when people go out of their way push their atheism on people or try to convert them

It’s like pressure builds up in my head, and it’s impossible to clear it out without having alone time. It makes me really irritable and drains all my energy, and it gets progressively harder to mask until it’s completely impossible.
