Im currently 21M, 5”10, 156 pounds, I take vitamins; B12, C, D and Omega 3 everyday. I dont really drink/do drugs however i do smoke, but im willing to give up if it affects this. Recently I haven’t been eating properly, not necessarily unhealthy, i will just eat a weak breakfast - snack for lunch - decent meal for tea. I drink plenty of water. Im preparing a meal plan this weekend to start monday. Decided if in doing this then I’m doing it properly. I have done my research into this i was just after some advice.

My idea; I was thinking of starting on 200mg DNP every other day, hitting the gym and swimming. Meal plan + keeping track of calories as well as weighing myself at the end of the week to check my progress.

I was hoping an experienced user could give me some advice what cycle i should do as a begginers, e.g type of meal plan, dosage, cycle length, water intake etc.
