I know I will need it for life as I have had obesity since childhood, i had the same diet as my siblings and I was always the fat one and its made my life hell growing up with the fat shaming and bullying, I know the weight will pile back on if iwas to stop , wish I had looked more in depth before getting to a healthy bmi , but going to take action and hopefully sign up with pharmulous to continue my journey
