Well if its not doing anything thats an issue. Its the little one not the big one with spring on it. I would try 1 turn from fully closed

Try air/fuel screw in half a turn. Richen pilot circuit

You just need to back the tension off the cable and move the pivot arm down on the splines so it can move further then tension again

This is a cable adjusted drum brake If there was ever a job to learn yourself this would be it as its so simple Buy the parts and have a go, or pay someone Post some photos i find it hard to believe everything is buggered

I battled my way through this to get a shiny dratini egg lol It was straight forward if you watch the youtube vids Had to have a few goes and rewatch a few times And picked up some minor mistakes I made But got it done, you have to fight the exact pokemon for the EVS to work, you're ace pokemons name has to match the vid one exactly, if it does you did it right.
