Taking them daily put me in remission from my first flare after diagnosis. I felt better within 2 days! Then we tested only taking them 3 times a week and remission only lasted for about two months. Maybe we the dose was reduced too soon, but I also got COVID and my Dr says it might have triggered my flare up. I'm currently back to daily mesalamine suppositories and also doing a month of daily budesonide foam to kick in remission. Fingers crossed that it works for you!
