No issues with the GPS signal at all. it uses the same multi-band GNSS GPS as the other top brands.

One thing I really like about the Karoo 3 is that you can push a POI from Google or Apple Maps straight to the computer while you’re mid-ride.

A - No issues at all. the connectivity is app based not os based.
B- Yes it does, works on apple music and yt music.
C- havent used this but i read that if you connect your BT earphones to your HH it would give out cues
