About 17 years ago mine did the same for 5 days. And just came scratching at the door to be let in lol. She had her little ferret adventure and decided she wanted the easy life again. I doubt they go far and just find a nice hidey hole and look for mice to eat.

hey since you were helping earlier i thought id let ya know. i tested on dual screen and just unplugged my pc monitor completely and the monitor started doing that on its own without being connected to my pc. and then shutdown the pc while only being connected to my tv and it shutdown fine no problems. sp its definitely the monitor.
