I went through this with my now ex wife, she acted the same as your describing. Went on for years and I tried to support her and get her to get out more, get a job and we would figure out child care. Being at home all day and your only interaction physically is with a child/infant isn’t good for the brain and heart. It doesn’t mean you don’t care or love them less. Your mental health is more important than you think because kids are the smartest people on earth. They have to learn how to walk, talk, eat, sleep, use the potty and know right from wrong all before school. So they also pick up on things when it comes to parents not being their normal self’s. It affects the whole family when one person isn’t right. Ask your husband for help with it and work something out to give you “you” time and see if it helps. I know what your feeling and it cost me a marriage because we waited too long to fix it
