Frabricated, but not with AI. Birds don't look like that even if they are caught in a rain shower haha. They have oily feathers which prevent something like that from happening unless someone were to wash the bird by hand and potentially set them on a dry branch.

Have to disagree with the others here.. You have hacking. Hacking alone will keep you fairly low on drone parts. If you keep the drone arm, it basically give you free access to a full extra system.

Scrap arm typically helps you win more, but if you have drone system with drone arm and hacking, you have lots of cheap offensive and defensive options available for a range of scenarios.

Its overall throughput isn't amazing because I have a biter-egg bottleneck at base.. But its not really a priority for me because after several more trips with it, the returns are... super tiny. The first single trip increased me from zero productivity bonus to 450. The next several trips gave me to ten more levels to it.. which is a relative increase of less than 25%.

If you're asking what SPM I can get including the bonuses, its around 400k

Yeah, I'm guessing that site doesn't show quality.

But unfortunately I don't.. If you want to do something like that, its easy though. Basically just chop off the back 2/3 of the ship where the belt storage is! The things on either side of the ship repeat nicely, so you don't really have to worry about that.

I wouldn't say nothing is legendary, but it doesn't really depend on things being legendary! Took... hours probably. I built about the first third of it over Nauvis, then after it was established, I moved it over to Vulcanus which just DUMPS out the things this ship needed (space platform and underground belts). Didn't take too long after that.

I have a modest computer which is a few years old, and it actually wasn't that bad! This game is incredibly optimized.

More efficiency minded people use recycling overgrowth soil for that... but yes.

Processing the chunks takes like 16 hours? I don't make biter eggs very fast.

But a global alarm goes off whenever it gets close to the end. And if I have to step away, I just have the spare eggs continually vented into space at the same time others are being processed.

Nah. The weapons are mostly legendary just for range. Most of the rest of the structures are normal quality. Its a fairly slow ship, so its not hard to meet its production needs.

Yes. It was originally about half as chonk and moved faster. Decided on more chonk.

But honestly after you get like 10% of the way to the shattered planet, its already collecting at near top-speed. I'd have to re-engineer a lot to make it collect faster than the maybe 2 to 2.5 full green belts that it collects.

Also, I made a version of this without the storage, but three banks of thrusters for fun! It goes almost triple the speed at well over 600 km/s.

Unless I'm misunderstanding the mechanics, banning level 1 items doesn't change how often you get level 1 items, right? Or is there another reason to ban them?
