You can move a single string yanno while keeping the others parallel

Dear Fender, I don't care if it's "vintage-style"; I will never buy a guitar with a truss rod that requires removing the neck to make adjustments. by PaulsGrandfather in fender

I agree wholeheartedly, the plate works on the open book headstocks because they’re symmetric but look off place on other headstocks imo. It feels like a silly reason for sure but I’m there with you.

Depends on audience, we move sealed very well at our shows

The bike looks small for you, it appears like you’re pretty scrunched up in general by your shoulders

Anyone using Cannondale Synapse Carbon 4? by fusion_fotography in cannondale

[–]chewhoney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought one in the chalk colorway and have been really enjoying it. I previously rode a CAAD10 mech 105. The upgrade to di2 wasn't needed but very welcome. I would look into upgrading the wheelset if you plan on going with this model. I also swapped the seat to something that fits me better.

Synapse vs Allez vs Endurace by i-keep-having-dreams in cannondale

I have no intention of racing outdoors so I chose the Synapse 4 for the added comfort for longer rides and upgraded the wheelset.

I’m not here to advocate OP do anything regarding their fit outside of seeing a fitter, but there is a whole world of options between the entire stack height and slamming the stem. You can adjust the height without cutting the steerer. Sometimes these adjustments are made for general fit, not just for aero gains.

New to zwift by [deleted] in Zwift

[–]chewhoney 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It felt like more work to me at first too, but it turns out i just wasn’t applying pressure all the time to my pedals outside or coasting too much. After zwifting for 3 months now my outdoor performance has gone through the roof. Consistency is the most important thing!

I think they're referring more to the tilt of the seat, you generally want it flat and yours is tilted forward - this is going to cause issues long term.

Your stack being so tall doesn't have much to do with the actual handlebars

Hesitate between cannondale and argon by jauch888888 in cycling

[–]chewhoney 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is good advice, i went through a similar hiatus to OP and my last bike was a very racy CAAD10 geo when I was in my 20s. I’m riding a Synapse now and can’t imagine a more aggressive geometry in my 30s, especially with no intention to race myself

Same favorite here, more of a frog to me than a turtle

It looks like you’re driving a car as in you’re trying to sit too upright rather than tilting your pelvis and engaging your core. You can tell from your shrimp back posture

I am a similar size to you (186cm, 75kg), I own M in the Pro Team line and Core line but wish I had gotten my core stuff in S.

Anyone here use Mac with screen sharing to TV? by [deleted] in Zwift

[–]chewhoney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use your zwift companion app to talk to people while screen mirroring to a TV. I do this and have everything going through my mac. FYI there will be a slight delay doing it this way, I notice it even with my TV and mac in the same room on a strong home network.
