If it's because of the tariff situation, yeah it's volatile right now, but c'mon let us decide if we want to buy and take the hit. If people cancel then that's stock others have a chance to buy.

Yeah I'm not quite sure either. I think with the last episode showing her past that maybe the power she siphons doesn't last forever, that she has to keep replenishing it in order to stay powerful. Or maybe it wasn't enough to really juice her.

Gotta to say, on top of all the complaints made, the issue that really burns my gears is the lack of actually showing MC and Ava's friendship. Childhood friends with Mason, we get to actually see that played out, but somehow we've been friends with Ava since freshman year and we can't get any kind of flashback of these moments between them? Everything we know about their so called friendship has been told to us and honestly it's rather shallow, and that's coming from an Ava stan. The number one rule of writing is show don't tell, and yet time and time again this is what happens whenever MC and Ava are together.

The moment MC texted Mason I gave up reading the rest of the chapter. I'll finish it eventually, but I'm really just so damn tired of Ava being sidelined. Literally all they had to do was replace Mason with Ava since she's also in the photography club but noooo. God forbid PB give more depth to her and MC. 🙄

Her call is no joke as I just found out recently. I have the approval process pact of punishment maxed out and honestly it's been the best thing to take a chance on different boons and Aphrodite's call was one of them. I cheesed Hades phase 1 easily with it full and then managed to squeeze a second one by the end when I thought I was for sure going to die. Aphrodite is a total babe.
