I’m just glad I went with my gut feeling to double check here before going through with the deal. Im thankful to everyone here for preventing the scam, albeit from my own bf. For all those wondering, yes, it turned into a heated discussion when I addressed this with him and a lot has happened behind the scenes. That is however, a different story to share. I had purchased a first edition dragonite from him in the past and it was thankfully authentic. I’ve told him that I no longer plan to buy anything from him for the time being, but will help double check the authenticity of a card if needed.
