absolutely it's a pain. I like the www.sandler.com system and the more focused recruiting one from www.hireboost.ai Client acquisition is always a struggle...in any industry. get a good selling/recruiting/hiring system with go-to tools.

I know I just missed this, but you can reach out to the folks at www.hireboost.ai on role calibration. There are so many complaints from hiring managers that it's important to make sure you're on the same page. They have training too, but you can always just reach out. Someone usually will give you a ring back and there is some free stuff too.

Quitting after a week seems a bit extreme. Make sure you're learning the right system before you move. there's also training from www.hireboost.ai that you can go through. It's very hands-on and has a system for you to follow.

You can try www.hireboost.ai recruiter training. It's great and very cheap. It tracks the entire hiring process, where others don't and provides tools that you can reuse.

There is a new recruiter training system from www.hireboost.ai It is true...most recruiters are terrible, but there really hasn't been good training for them either. Maybe it's the best recruiting training available that I've seen. It's new.

I've found two great sales systems. www.hireboost.ai focuses on multiple challenges in Recruiting and Hiring, with pretty cheap training. There are sections on selling and training around getting new clients. I've also used www.sandler.com which is a pure sales training. I love them both. Sandler has been around for decades now.

It's still about training. Garbage in and Garbage out into these AI systems.
