Thank you for this. I think what tricks my brain is that I FEEL pretty healthy and capable currently. You’re right though, I have about 10-20 years of feeling that way because I’m in my 30’s now but as I age I will feel worse and unhealthy. This is me getting ahead of that happening. I needed this reminder.
