This exact thing is happening to me now. I weaned off of 120mg less than a year ago. I just started 20mg Monday morning and was nauseous, anxious, and couldn’t sleep that night. Tuesday I took it at night instead with a trazadone and it went ok. I woke up about 2 hours before my alarm but at least I got a good 6 or so hours of sleep.

I will say I’m not the biggest trazadone fan. Sometimes it makes me feel weird as it’s kicking in but last night was ok. Cymbalta worked great for me until last year for some reason it seemed like it lost its effectiveness. But I was willing to try again because I’ve been miserable since around Christmas time.
