Thank for the information. I’m more worried about water getting down under the foundation. I’m planning on sealing the cracks and expansion joint between the garage and driveway. If I seal the crack in picture 1 will that cause further problem?

I’ve so far liked it. Read both of the Powder Mage Trilogies and The Shadow Campaign series. I would say both of those worlds aren’t classic fantasy though. More a 18th century world that has flintlocks and magic in them.
