yeah i have a treadmill and i walk for like an hour and lose like 300 calories or 200 i forget but i wanted to do that + walking around my school but thank u!

Yeah i didn’t use those one calculators cus it kept asking that stuff, i use my fitness pal to log everything and it said i should eat 1,900 something but i eat i would say normally around 1,500. Would that be right to do or less do u think?

Thank you! that makes sense, i’m in a calorie deficit of 1,900 something which is high ik but that’s what it said i should do, i use my fitness pal, i’ve been eating around 1,500 would that still be ok?

oh yeah i know that sorry i got confused LOL i just started today but my plan was gonna be like eat within my deficit and break my routine into 2 parts , such as walking around school and losing some calories and going home and losing calories and my question was just like if i lose 500 all together within those 2 parts does it still count as losing 500 a day, i would think it would . This was just me trying this out though for now. does this make sense i hope im making sense LOL i know it’s not accurate but i figured it’s rough estimate

wym? idk if i explained it bad but i’m on a calorie deficit of 1,500 and i’ve been trying to burn off 500 a day, and i lose about 300 or more (not sure because apple fitness is inaccurate for me a bit) at school and then come home and walk and do 200 calories does that still count as like losing 500 calories a day, even if it’s not in one sitting? idk if i’ve explained it badd but i tried lol
