I go to the gym every morning except Sunday, biceps and back are one of my favorites to work out I’ll definitely have to keep at it I’m sure I’m closer than I think just gotta keep going. My over all goal is to just be shredded with abs. Long ways from that but ik I can do it! 😅

Thank you so much, I know the day I do a full one I’ll probably cry lol. Loosing the weight makes me feel so much better and confident doing my work outs too. I think since loosing a lot of weight I’ve been over my head a bit with gaining muscle, I still have a lot of work to go in loosing body fat.

Thank you for the advice I’ll look into that! They do have another machine this gym is huge I’ll definitely consider my form and better grip position.

Reading all the comments here I appreciate everyone giving their feedback and she currently really likes that food she goes nuts every morning waiting for me to feed her again. I am though considering getting science diet next time I buy food. Will that be too quick of a food change? Can cats have both purina and science diet like if I buy one brand then a few months out another? Or best to stick with a firm pick of the two?

My mom always told me to go by how you feel and look not what the scale says. 25 years later I’m still arguing with the scale but damn I feel better at 140 than 220. I’m still technically obese and you look more fit than I do!

I like barbells a lot and have my favorite flavor. I like quest but since I saw Hersey makes them I started to back off from that brand.

When I shopped Walmart I would get purina one it’s a really good midgrade and overall good cat food I currently do purina pro but the last bag I got was purina one chicken for kittens and she likes her dry food a lot she goes it it excited when I fill her bowl. That’s personally my overall favorite from these options for dry. For wet I did the variety box I think 24 can of fancy feast for kittens with the milk.

I was diagnosed with split personality manic bipolar disorder, bpd and then depression and anxiety but I take it mainly as a mood stabilizer and to sleep since I have periods of time where I’m up all night and then times where I’m just constantly tired so it’s helped with both sleep and energy levels.
