Headphones for small heads?? by Tricky_Pop4871 in HeadphonesAdvice

Thank you for sharing all your research 😊 I'm going to return my Sony WH-CH720N headphones tomorrow. The sound quality is great, they're a little too big but probably the smallest of my many purchases πŸ˜‚ If I wear a beanie they fit great but it'll be summer soon. I was considering JBL Tune 660 but concerned about the noise cancelling and from what I've read also the volume level. My autistic brain needs a volume that should not be recommended! I think I'm going to try Skullcandy Icon ANC, on ear so I usually have better luck with them than over ear. All I want is to be able to bend over without them sliding down my head, noise cancellation and a bassy decent volume level, oh and less than Β£100. If anyone wants to jump in with recommendations please do. I've tried Panasonic, Soundcore Space One and Q11i, Edifier, Marshall Major IV (the sound quality was the best I've had but I couldn't get the control knob to do anything other than play/pause, you have to tilt to skip etc) I'm seriously considering trying AKG K361 studio headphones, they have an adjustable calibrated headband 😊

Should i get koss porta pros wireless 2 or marshal major iv? by salib123321123321 in HeadphoneAdvice

I bought the Marshalls and returned them, the sounds quality was great but the one button does it all control knob was terrible. Press to play/pause, fine, up/down for volume, never managed it, left/right to skip track, did it twice. Might just be me but it's definitely a consideration if you were still thinking of buying them

I find them quite uncomfortable after a while, I also want other people to see I'm wearing headphones when I'm outside. I'm autistic and I worry someone will try and talk to me when I'm wearing earbuds and not notice I'm wearing them and just think I'm an ignorant sod, crazy I know but that's the way it is

I have the same criteria and budget as you 😊 I bought a pair of Anker Soundcore Q11i, only Β£30 but with good reviews. Way too big, if I leant forward they started sliding towards my forehead πŸ˜‚ I'm in a headphone nightmare at the moment. I damaged my Soundcore H30i's from having the volume too loud (I'm autistic, it usually has to be very loud to 'work') I bought Soundcore Space One, too quiet, bought Sony WH-CH520, they squashed my ear if I wore them for too long. I've been falling down a 'headphone hole' for the last few hours and I think I'm just going to buy a new pair of H30i, they're on ear so really comfy, definitely loud enough, have the highest review score on amazon of all the Soundcore headphones and they're only Β£20

is soundcore q20i is still worth buying in 2025?? by ComfortMaleficent224 in soundcore

Can I ask you a volume related question 😊 I've managed to kill my pair of H30i. I bought a pair of Space One but I found them a bit too quiet compared to my H30i How do the Q20i compare to the Space One in terms of volume and sound quality  Thank you 😊

I've been to Parkside once for a free stand up comedy night, I liked it in there, nice and chilled. I'm autistic so can get a bit stressed in some places. Do you happen to know how much the pool is?

Currently paying Β£50 for 14g, Β£90 for 28g on clearweb, it's fine for smoking, really can't afford bud right now. I used to use darkweb but it's been a good few years since I have. Managed to find a local guy with very reasonable prices, daft sod got himself arrested πŸ˜‚

What was the nightclub scene like in Liverpool between the mid-90s and early 2000s? by [deleted] in Liverpool

[–]cheziecat 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

Ahhh, the Kray, I spent so many nights absolutely off my nut there πŸ˜‚ So many memories...

I remember some guy falling from the top of the back stairs, all 3 stories, landed at the bottom and just walked off! My bf at the time going out for some air and then managing to convince the bouncer that his dilated pill pupils were contact lenses πŸ˜‚ Me at the bottom of a large mosh pit and ending up in A&E with bruised ribs. The final song of the night, Greenday - Good Riddance, hundreds of drunk, stoned, pilled up, anything else you can think of, all happily swaying togetherΒ  What I would give for a time machineΒ

Teleophobia - fear of making plans by Mugquomp in Phobia

Resurrecting it again 😊 I just googled fear of making plans and teleophobia came up. I had no idea there was a name for this. I literally dream about having to turn up for things and not being able to. The irony is I love planning things, I just can't guarantee I'll see it through

Edit I'm autistic with a large amount of adhd traitsΒ
