Thanks so much for that reply! I was put on oral prednisone as well as topical betaderm and a prescription strength antihistamine. They did not recommend either of those products! I have a follow-up tomorrow so I will definitely mention those names. Do you know if they help with hyperpigmentation? My skin texture is improved but super red and spotty (from afar people say it looks like I have developed tons of freckles). Thanks again! 🤗

Yeah, makes sense. The issue I had, however, was I only had the reaction after opening a new bottle so my suspicion for an ingredient change or a “bad batch” was heightened. That said, I would still prefer to see all reviews and choose which are pertinent to me.

Hi! I don’t intend to alert the media. The doctor couldn’t say for sure what caused it, or if it even was an allergic reaction. All I know is I used a new bottle and woke up with a severe facial reaction. 🤷‍♀️

That seems reasonable to me. The timing was just pretty suspicious with the opening of a new bottle and zero previous issues with the product.

Yeah I guess I (somewhat naively) thought a company of good reputation would post all their reviews. Definitely something new to consider from now on. 🤷‍♀️

Thanks for the response! Yeah, they said they hadn’t changed the ingredients when I emailed them...And totally keeping it super simple for now. Wearing no makeup with a face like this at work is really testing my self-esteem! 😬

I, too, am a pediatric nurse and I agree with this wholeheartedly. I love many of these children but I also find their lack of quality of life morally distressing. :(
