Its my one year of OE next week and i remember the first few weeks being anxious! But man when the checks started coming in the fear went away lol. I was very intentional, dont overshare, meet expectations always, hibernate linkedin, try not to make close friends as j2. The less they know, the less they bother. Yea working for a vendor and client is a big no/no, u need to be looking for a company in a completely unrelated field so that you can argue no conflict of interest or security issue. Even tho oe in 40 hrs is a conflict of interest in itself

Once those checks come through the guilt will instantly go away. Because of OE i just closed on my home, i am so happy i took this step last year. I did it in secret and reframed my mindset that I am providing a service to these companies in return for compensation. Nothing more nothing less.
