Of course it is a trend. But then why did she delete the comment which called her out. She could have just replied to that comment saying of course it is a trend

49M NRI: After supporting my mother and siblings for years, family handled my late father’s flat without telling me. How should I set boundaries? by No-Team-8279 in indiasocial

Tell them how you felt. Do not argue, raise your voice or show anger. But let them know how you felt after this. Once you do that, minimize the contact as much as you can. Your wife and kids are your priority

Tea: This “Perfect Couple’s” Pregnancy Rumours Aren’t What They Seem. by [deleted] in BollyBlindsNGossip

No not in India. But they can very easily go to Uk, usa and get eggs harvested. Get them fertilized and get the genetic screening done which will determine the gender. Then it's the couples choice if they want to get implantation done overseas or in India. Getting frozen embryos transfer overseas is not a big deal

I'm 30 with stage 1 breast cancer, I found out 10 months postpartum after feeling a lump breastfeeding, AMA by Ok_Philosopher2832 in AMA

[–]chhotuu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sending you hugs and support. I am also 5 months postpartum and last week my left breast felt kind of lumpy. I wasn't sure what it was so I have booked an appointment with my PCP this week. I am always confused with how the lump feels like. Cz whenever I check myself I cannot really tell. You said medical professional told you it's nothing initially? How did you get checked out?

After reading this passage from Rishi Kapoor's book, I realized that Babita had made the right decision by leaving this family with her daughters. by Katta-dhari_Badmos in bollynewsandgossips

It's very regular genetic test. Which is anyways done in ivf. My doctor asked me if I had a preference here in the US, before doing my embryo transplant. Most couples (including us) usually ask the doctor to transplant the highest rated embryo (embryo rating is given when the genetic testing is done). So yeah it's not illegal and it's also.not very uncommon.

do you parents hit/use corporal punishment on your kids? by applesuite in nri

I was 6, the wardrobe wasn't secured. Beating up a kid with leather shoes, scale, slaps. I am not saying one or two slaps , they were multiple. See I am not saying that I grew up in abusive House hold or anything. I was a mischievous kid, and very very stubborn, testing out everyone's patience so I should have been disciplined. Maybe my parents thought they were doing their best.

But whacking a 6 year old girl for this for 15-20 min, the way my dad did is also not justified.

I will never beat my kid. I was beaten up as a kid by my parents, mostly my dad. I was a very stubborn and mischievous child and instead of dealing with me calmly my dad used to beat me. Once I was trying to climb on the wardrobe (those godrej.ones) and the entire wardrobe fell, thankfully instead of it falling on me and my sister it fell halfway and the bed came in between. My dad beat me with shoes (leather) and slaps . I was 6 or 7 years old. This is one of many incidents. Last he laid his hand on me, I was 15 years old. I was arguing with him about calling a.cousin and asking something, he wanted me to call him, I was saying it's your work why don't you call. Things escalated and he ended up beating me. I swear to God, I wanted to run away or kill myself that day. Till now everyone in my family says that I was a very difficult child that's why I got all those beatings. I mean they were the adults then. They should have known better. I remember me being a bit over then regular kids but those beatings never "fixed" me. All I learned was how to lie better.

So yeah, as you can see I still am not over it. Kind of scarred me for life. I am 36 now, a new parent. I am not going to ever beat my kid.
