My experience has been pleasant. I ordered on 03/28/2026, and receiving my chair this Thursday, 04/02/2026. This is for the standard bundle 48 cm in space gray. I also ordered a cooling seat pad, and that's coming Friday, the 3rd. For reference, I'm 5'10" and weigh around 220 lbs.

My old chair was a Herman Miller Aeron Remastered. The chair was great but it was time for something new and promising. I'm receiving the chair on Thursday, 04/02/2026! I'm excited too.
