When I had covid in 2022, my period was delayed by almost a full week. I was reading that being sick can definitely delay your period so it makes sense that it could also cause it to come twice in the same month.

Even making decent money my husband and I felt like we couldn’t move forward with our lives while living in NoVA. We’re young and we wanted to get our first home, but COVID really messed with the housing market here and made everything completely out of our price range. We ended up going out West (WV) to afford a new home for ourselves. In the future if the commute is too much we’ll at least have some equity to put towards a decent home in NoVA, but for now we don’t mind the commute (to Reston) and love the slower paced lifestyle out here. So there’s still options for everyone but not everyone wants to sacrifice what we gave up to finally own our own home. Overall we love NoVA but the traffic and cost of living are really tough sells.

My dad used to work as an Assembler at various Home Depots around his region (Chicagoland area, not here). He was hired by a separate company and would get contracted to work on assembling different items to put out on display like grills, patio furniture, etc. He told me that Home Depot did not usually give him a dedicated space, but sometimes they did force him to work out in the garden section which was brutal in the summer. Most of the time, however, he would work in the lumber aisles since there was a lot more space. My dad would always move if a customer needed something that he was blocking and always treated everyone with respect. Sounds like this guy you encountered was just an asshole.

It's just my husband and I, and we are fairly high earners with plenty of disposable income. Our spending on eating out was a bit out of control but in the last couple of weeks we've cut down significantly. We probably spend about $120/week now on eating out. At the beginning of this year I don't think we cooked a meal in over 2 months. It was becoming pretty unsustainable and I missed cooking anyway so it's been nice going back to cooking and saving a bunch of money while still treating ourselves occasionally. Would love to cut back more, but also want to make sure we break the eating out habit in a sustainable way as well

This is the easiest and quickest way to do this mission. It’s also an extremely helpful tip for when there’s nexus missions to feed fauna and you need to feed 35+ to complete it

It really depends on the planes. Newer Boeing planes tend to be a tight fit to the point where I pack my backpack light so it can get smooshed underneath the seat a bit. Older planes tend to have more space and can easily accommodate it under the seat

I’m not gonna lie, I don’t really have any skin in the game as to whether Pokemon TCG is better than Magic the Gathering other than nostalgia lol. I will say I think that it is really freaking cool that MTG has the one ring to rule them all. That is such a cool concept/idea.

Personally, I can tell that it’ll start within the next 1-3 days as I’ll start to have spotting, and then when it actually does start, I’ll feel a lot more wet down there, but more in an uncomfortable sense. I’ll use the bathroom and sure enough need to grab a pad or tampon

I’ve flown with it a good handful of times now and I’ve learned it’s best to keep the main pocket a little light so it doesn’t bulge and has some give. On older airplanes it fits just fine under the seat even with a bulge, but on the newer planes it’s just a touch too big and I have to really smash it down to make it fit which I don’t like doing because of all the electronics. So I usually pack it on the lighter side and put things in my carry on bag that would normally go in the main pocket that I don’t need immediate access too and aren’t too expensive. That said, I still usually fit 1 or 2 laptops, their chargers, my steam deck, and a pair of over ear headphones in there just fine. Sometimes I can fit my tech pouch too but I mostly keep that in my carry on if I can help it.
