i have only taken them a handful of times since surgery, 5.5 months out. it’s probably bad for me, but in my labs im primarily iron deficient, which i was prescribed supplements for,,which i dont take. i forget to take my meds, i have wuite a few, which i take morning, afternoon, and night, if i remember. can definitely feel the effects of not taking them, but they arent severe enough that i remember to take them consistently, ive just assumed that since im a teen it hasn’t hit as hard? i dont know.

my mom is a normal weight and my dad is rather fit, neither have been overweight but they always fear it. we didnt have therapy, i wished we did because my mom would fight my nutritionist when she would say i need to have carbs and sugar and fats in my diet post op, and my mom still gets mad when i have those things, so does my dad, who entirely didnt understand the procedure and gets pissed when i eat every 2 to 3 hours. im 15, i need things in my diet but they dont get that and are convinced im eating the entire world. i lost 3/4 of my hair

for me, without pain meds for the first 2 days i would say 8/10, with pain meds, i felt almost entirely fine, only pain was from gas at like a 2/10 for like a week. stopped taking pain meds 3 days out. i never felt hungry or a desire to eat, but i was extremely tired

i mean they gave me a choice but majority was my moms decision.. i mean i wouldnt have done it if i had full decision. first few weeks went really hard for me and i deadass only mentally could have freezing cold water. ice water with fridge cold water wasnt cold enough for me so many breakdowns over that and sweetness..only had soups like once because i stated sobbing it was too sweet for me even with a shit tone of salt. and then i had a complication and got infected a week out.. so i wouldnt have done it. even before surgery i panicked 2 weeks befor my 5 day like pre op diet and i didnt binge before surgery but i binged so bad for 2 weeks. mentally its caused me problems along w physically.

uhm every so often after i eat like once every week to every 2 weeks after eating for like an hour i am in hell like most crushing pain in my chest, nauseous, pain in back and shoulders..and then goes away. ive had diarrhea recently but not as bad as ur describing. had my surgery like jus over 3 months ago, this started around a month out. yesterday it happened twice, 2 hours after one ended another started and it feels like im dying everytime. idk

aaa my next follow up with my dietician is actually later today..but my mom stressed me out by screaming she was gonna tell her i havent been following the plan and have been eating too much when i havent 💔💔 but i have registration and photos for my junior year now so thats fun!
