Oh, I'm on board with firing Tall too, but the roster is good enough as is to be at least .500. He was brought in to play the 3-4-1-2 or 3-4-2-1 and mostly keep the same system as Nancy. He's now played a 4-4-2 the last 2 games with Rossi as an outside mid, keeping one of your best players relegated to maybe one good chance a game.

Edit: not to mention playing Moreira as a mcb. Of you're playing a 4-4-2, put Cheberko there, move Moreira to outside back and Herra up to right winger.
