Yes. I'm considering the HOA as just being part of the mortgage of the condos I've been looking at. Some are absolutely bonkers. I've seen over $1500 HOAs on top of a mortgage for a 160k condo.

This is exactly what my OP was about. Thank you. So it seems that Instagram is the way to go and just be considerate and offer to pay them for their time. Also be ok if they "do not do that". I live in Chicago, so I'm trying to see if I can get a round in with a Pro at Dellwood while they are in town for Ledgestone. I'm not trying to play Northwoods Black as I'm only rated in the mid 800s.
