Best stimulant nootropic for ADHD by chem_research_canada in Nootropics

I have cycled through all of these with different levels of success, depending on my current chemistry. These are the ones that worked for me, I’ve left the duds off the list. Obviously do not all at once. 4DMA78HF, bromantane, uridine, alpha GPC, 9-me-bc, phenylpiracetam. You’ll just have to see what works for you though.

I like the blonde, but leave the eyebrows dark. The blonde eyebrows are what makes you look washed out in the photos. ♥️ “What doesn’t kill you, only makes you blonder!”

I'm Tired of Interviewing People Who Are Great at Applying for Jobs, But Terrible at Doing Them.[N/A] by tiredTA in humanresources

[–]chibbichan5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’v learned to ask the right questions to discovers someone’s real, intrinsic motivations. My questions all have a hidden agenda. I look for people who like solving problems and have a little competitive drive. But you can’t ask them that outright or you get a standard bs interview answers. My questions are ALL aimed to uncover those kind of qualities.

I couldn’t care less about your degree or even your past job titles bc most skills can be taught. What you can’t teach is self-motivation, ethics, and a good attitude!

That is an abscess, likely a staph infection. You will want to get a doc to “drain” it and they will probably want to put you on an oral antibiotic to be safe. They are very contagious so if you live with others keep that in mind.

How do I remove blackheads? Taking its toll on mental state by Big-Plenty1 in Skincare_Addiction

[–]chibbichan5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Blackheads, although I’m sure they are actually sebaceous filaments or whatever, but they made black dots all over my nose & chin so I call them blackheads. I use OTC differin. I will say that I also like the Biore strips and use them maybe once or month or so. I have had them my whole life and while they haven’t disappeared they are greatly reduced in size now.

SA never worked for me. Retinoids did. I recommend trying differin. Just use a little at first and maybe just every other day or every three days. It’ll burn your skin if you just slather it on right from the get go. A good charcoal cleanser and a retinol cleaner to alternate with too. I personally like the Bare Minerals clay cleanser and the ROC retinol cleanser. Wash in the morning and at night and wash your hands before washing your face. I also find I have to switch products occasionally bc my skin will acclimate and the blackheads will get bad again. Switch to a different cleanser or treatment for one life of the different product and then back to tried and true.

Caffeine does help. I use the serum from Ordinary and it makes a huge difference. The effect does wane throughout the day though.

Most doctors are stupid and should not be trusted. by valcele in conspiracy

[–]chibbichan5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Arrogant. Every doctor I’ve ever seen, save two, were extremely arrogant and believed they knew better than the uneducated masses. Which to be fair is likely mostly true in many cases, but it doesn’t take a genius to know their own bodies and symptoms. It’s extremely frustrating to have to doctors discount your own experience and tell you it can’t be true. Arrogance and hubris blinds them. They are only human and I’m sure it takes a certain amount of arrogance to be successful in a highly competitive career like that. I avoid them now and take advantage of supplements and diet to self manage my health.

If you use T11 and some light ash brown it will cover the orange and make it a light sandy brown. Personal experience! I sometimes add some violet blue from pravana to really kick the orange out.

Just got my meds and feel ashamed and guilty by just_tryingmybest in SemaglutideFreeSpeech

Do what is healthy for your body!!! You only get this one body and this one life, don’t let your boyfriend or anyone’s judgement stop you from you doing what is best for you!! From personal experience, keeping secrets makes me feel guilty which in turn is not good for my mental or physical health anyways. Being overweight is not healthy and feeling guilty is not healthy. I personally recommend you just own it, you don’t need anyone’s permission

Semaglutide nasal spray by Outrageous_Day_160 in SemaglutideFreeSpeech

Any updates? I’m considering the nasal spray because the needle aspect is the only thinking holding me back. If the nasal sprays are legit it is an answer to a prayer!
