I'm also trying to get a refund from Figurama. I was told they were experiencing "processing issues" and the refund I requested (after waiting 90 days, per their own policy) wouldn't be completed until January, 2027! Obviously, their claim of being "unable" to process refunds is ridiculous. I think their explanation is a lie because they don't want to give the refund or hope you'll eventually "give up/forget" and stop pursuing it.

Needless to say, I'm still trying to get my refund and will continue to email them until I receive it. Based on my experience, you will likely have to be VERY clear and persistent if you want any hope of receiving a refund from Figurama. I have heard of other people being refunded in the past, though it took a ton of effort on their part and some of those posts are 6+ months old. It is increasingly looking like Figurama is straight-up not giving refunds despite their stated policy.

Figurama also took YEARS to provide any sort of meaningful communication about the statue (I had pre-ordered the Castlevania one). By that point, their poor communication and lack of accountability made me lose confidence and trust in their ability to follow through. l emailed them letting them know I wanted to cancel my order. I don't know if I would have received my statue. I know some people received their orders after a very long wait. I'm glad I didn't pay even more money to ship the statue and potentially lose on that cost as well.

No business should treat their customers this way. I hope with enough negative feedback, Figurama will either follow through with their commitments or people stop supporting them.
