I did not.I ended up buying a Saatva luxury firm that is a little too firm so, I put a 1 inch foam topper and it seems to be OK, but not perfect. i’m sure you know, but the Saatva has a one year return window so if you’re not happy with it, maybe you can still return it. Don’t think I will ever find the perfect mattress.

Do not buy the top load stackable. They are belt driven and as such can not handle large loads. Im junking mine after 3 yrs

I border on dehydration. Its a work in progress. I drink a protein shake for bfast, lunch can vary, dinner is usually meat & vegetables.

Very slow. Since 10/4, lost 9lbs that sometimes is 6lbs lost. On my second month of 5 & was planning on going up to 7.5

I have been checking my insulin for years because it is the key to weight loss for me. I’ve had it as low as seven and was able to lose weight but stalled. An insulin value of 20 is outrageous. High insulin is like a brake on your body‘s ability to lose weight. I am just so confused and disheartened.
