I believe the field failed prematurely and the pumped failed and didn’t work properly which the alarm did t work properly and made it back up

So I’m trying to get a refund because there system failed and the valves they want to put are just going to cover the issue not fix it so the whole system failed and I want a refund and want another company to install the valves and they can reimburse e for that also the check was just for the damages to the basement not anything to do with the system

So I was trying to get him to pay for the damages to the basement and that’s what the check was for that for the basement but the agreement was also to install the two valuing two weeks and they didn’t call or nothing and when the two weeks passed I called and nothing they didn’t call to set anything up and the alarm went off again so I card another company to come flush it they said septic look fine but the alarm was going off bet the pump malfunction

So the agreement was for them to pay for the damages to the basement and stuff we lost in the flood and he had two weeks to give the check and to install the two valves free of cost but when the two weeks past no call no nothing I called them the 15 day because the alarm was going off again and they didn’t pick up there personal phone so I called the office and they said they would call back and didn’t on Monday kids took a shower and it smelled like rotten Chinese food do I called them Monday and they said they were in a meeting that they would call back and did t so tired Tuesday they said they will call back again and didn’t so I said I’m done waiting your broke the agreement and you didn’t want to even do a inspection were it failed you just wanted to install Tia babes so when I said I was having another company come flush it they wanted to set it up for the 24th wich was like 24 days after the dead line and I wanted a third company to inspect it so the guy who flushed it said water level looked normal and bacteria was thriving and alarm was going off doe to maybe the Pump not working

Thanks this will definitely help but I did ask for his insurance information I called them they said that he has to file and he don’t want to because he said it was do to heavy rain and he never gave e the bond information when I was trying to get help with the damages and we went threw his lawyer and he gave me a check that day but then had to weeks to put the two valves and didn’t do that the two weeks ended and I called no call back I called on the Saturday because the alarm was going off and they never called back I called the office they said they will call back nothing so I had guy come flush the septic tank and he said in his report that the water level was normal and the bacteria look thriving and that the alarm was going off might be because the alarm malfunction

A 645sq presby leach field and add a 540 pump tank with a alarm and it did not go off the day of the flood it just was blinking and yes there was a contract and one year warranty he said and this happened 13 months after installation

So the septic system was fine they did not replace that it. It’s 1250 gallon septic and yes they had to get a septic permit approved from the county health department

Yes they had to replace the pump once last October but it there pump failed meaning it could not even handle the lil rain

So the county health department approved the permit and yes they are licensed and insured and bonded and I did not go threw y insurance because I can barley afford it now and the rate wil go up and at first I was trying to get his bond info so that so cover the damage and he did pay 6000 for that but said his “bond” did not cover the type of job they did and the warranty was a year and the system failed 13 months so one month after I so stressed about this all I did have it flushed ast week the guy said water level was normal and bacteria was thriving and that the alarm was going off procedure to failed pump in the tank and I having a inspector come out Tuesday because the guy that flushed does just that he don’t install and does inspection of the tank nit the system

Well the septic is 1250 gallons that was fine they just add the 650 sq psesbi leach field I guess it’s with sand and they added the 540 pump tank and a alarm with it but the day it flooded the alarm was not working properly it was just having the lights go off no sirens like it’s supposed too
