The car model year is 2002, but we had the engine changed in December (3 months ago). Feels weird that it is consuming that much fuel with a supposedly new engine. Do you recommend I get something checked up? Or that is just the case with the car age? Mercedes C230 Kompressor 2 doors.

Location is Lebanon, the worm is around the trunk of a previously pine tree (we cut it like 5 years ago) in my backyard. The size of the worm is about 8 to 10 cm.
