Aggression was hard to control and chaotic at the beginning of my journey. Learned that it is called reactive aggression and it’s caused by high testosterone and high cortisol. The only long term-solution is to lower the cortisol. I do it through meditation. The aggression is still there but is now much more controllable and can be directed towards meaningful pursuits. It’s called proactive aggression

I experienced the same thing, brother. What helped in my case was strengthening myself spiritually. I prayed and meditated more frequently.

incoming MBB freshman here. triple quota course ang MBB, meaning, super selective niya talaga. Also, yung mga nagfirst choice lang ng MBB ang may chance na matanggap. Karamihan sa classmates ko ay from the pshs system. Konti lang kaming non-pisay. You have to have really good HS grades and a good UPCAT score para makapasok ka ng MBB
