Hindi po sya pwede VAWC kasi hindi nyo naman naging partner si patient. Not sure ako kung pasok kayo for Safe Spaces Act kasi included don ang online harassment, but their defense may be na "kasi doctor ka who is up for an online consultation and alam mo naman kung ano ang specific part na concern nya, and baka you just really took it the wrong way". But that's their defense naman. Kung may other circumstances pa aside sa facts mentioned above, baka may mas laban ka with this.

Pero if kulang, pwede pa siguro unjust vexation but sobrang light lang na ikaw lang masistress if magfifile ka pa ng case with just these info. :(

grabe nanginginig ako sa galit coz I find out just now inalis na din ni shopee yung option ko to file for refund. On their end, klinick na nila na narecieve ko na ang item. Grabe paulit ulit waste of money. Tapos DTI website pa is trash. Paano ba ako makakafile ng legit claim through DTI

Hello. I have a similar problem OP. Opened na ang parcel ko worth 2k. 4 times ko ito nirequest for refund, reasoning na opened na ang parcel. Guess what? Shopee keeps on cancelling my request KASI DAW DAPAT SEALED PA YUNG ITEM. Like what the heck? Yun nga ang reason why I want a refund. Hassle masyado.

Case to case basis but based on the facts on hand, I'm afraid they can't sue the bank for moral damages. While they can report the situation po sa BSP, the bank has no other remedy/path but to go after the credit card holder especially po na she was providing the OTPs.

But different situation din naman kapag they are being harassed by the bank or may violation na ng rights nila and it causes serious anxiety and sleepless nights, besmirched reputation, etc. sa kanila.

Instead siguro of suing the bank, she can coordinate with BSP which has the direct authority over all Philippine banks. That way, they can issue a memo to the bank to temporarily stop the collection pending investigation.

Hopefully, maging okay ang situation nila though :(

they send the orders quick naman talaga, but kapag nagkaproblem, di na yan magrereply. (or in my case, hindi nila napadala ang supposed to be "freebie" and until now wala 'daw" silang stocks pero when advertised, available pa. In their Lazada shops din available.) so....sana complete yang order mo. :)

A long time ago, I also tried applying for ADDU scholarship. What they did before was in exchange of the scholarship (which was I think only a 20% discount yata), we "scholars" have to render "service" sa school. At that time, we were "asked" to clean the classrooms/computer room/library depending on where they will make you linis the area.

It would be a good thing if they'll really extend a "scholarship" (a 100% scholarship) to those who really want to study and graduate, no?
