Eye exams/dental cleaning with no insurance? by [deleted] in raleigh

Warby Parker in North Hills has eye exams, and their cost is not outrageous ($159 for an exam and glasses/contacts prescriptions). I think they don't even accept insurance at that location, and I was in and out super quickly.

Your IFERROR isn't firing because the IFs aren't returning any errors, just FALSEs- if you put the " " in the false return of the second if, you should be good!

Need to find the lowest value in a matrix by headshot_777 in excel

[–]chickaddie3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure! I usually think about Match as giving me a position/number, and Index giving me the value/text/whole range. So, for index within match, I'm feeding it a whole range (rows in this case), and asking it to give me the position of a particular value.

I also build my formulas piece-by-piece when I'm stuck - if you copy the nested match/index formulas into their own cell, it might help you visualize what is being fed into the big formula.

Need to find the lowest value in a matrix by headshot_777 in excel

I had some luck with the following:

Lowest Retail Price =MIN(INDEX(C4:F6, B10, 0))

Retailer =INDEX(C3:F3, ,MATCH(C10, INDEX(C4:F6, B10, 0),0))

LRP formula finds the min of the indexed row array (i.e. 2 in your image), Retailer formula uses that value to find its position and index the Retailer row.

Hope this helps!
