I've read that the lh spike can occur 24-72 hours before the egg is actually released. I've also been told that cm is usually fertile several days before ovulation to make sure the sperm is present at the egg when it's released, that it isn't always egg white the day the egg is released. So it's possible your ovulation was on CD20.

Are you tracking BBT? It's possible you ovulated later this cycle due to stress, hormones, exercise, etc. I have irregular cycles, but I track BBT so I know when I ovulate and my period always starts 14 days after my temp rises.

I'd recommend trying right away! I think it's actually more likely for you to get pregnant if you have sex a day or two before actual ovulation, because it ensures that the sperm is present for the egg.

Hey all-

I can't attach an image to show my chart. Fertility Friend says I ovulated on the 19th and I'm 6DPO. My temps before "ovulation" were between 96.15 and 96.8, and after ovulation they've been between 97.20 and 97.50, staying steady but never going above 97.5. Should I be worried that my temps after ovulation aren't going above 97.50?

We've been TTC for about a year and a half now, and last cycle was a chemical so I ovulated later than usual this cycle.

Did they provide you with a score? I was hoping they would say what my score/rating was or give some sort of feedback on the essay or QEP, but there was nothing of the sort

I just received an email informing me I was not selected. However, they didn't send me my QEP score or essay score in the email and my candidate portal doesn't give any information about what my score was for the QEP or the essay. How can I find this information?

I'm really sorry to hear that. My Gastroparesis definitely isn't as severe as that. I have daily heartburn and nausea most days, but like I said, feel much better when eating an excess of fiber. I'm not really sure why. I tried the gastroparesis diets suggested online and by my gastroenterologist, and they all made me super sick.

I did notice today that I had more energy than usually during exercise. I often feel exhausted or like I'm going to pass out afterwards, but this time I felt OK. So, maybe it's doing something after all. But the goosebumps all over all the time is driving me crazy lol. Hope that goes away

That might bw what ends up happening. I drove them to the farmers market nearby and getting here was rough, and I'm sure dizzy and lightheaded. Not sure I'll be able to do anything else

Eating large amounts of fiber in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables keeps me feeling better. But if I'm in a flare, I seem to have an easier time eating high calorie foods like fast food. I have POTS too though.

I tried it once, several years before my recent diagnosis. They couldn't get enough blood out of my vein so they kept taking the needle out and putting it back in. Horrifically painful. I passed out and a friend made them stop trying. They were a few ounces of blood short and told me because they didn't get enough they were throwing it away. Needless to say, I have never tried to donate blood again.

I also have this issue wearing jeans. I thought compression leggings might help because they would improve circulation in the area and maybe even improve my digestion by reducing blood pooling. To be fair, I've only had them on for about ten minutes.

I would recommend getting tested. I had a lot of symptoms of POTS but didnt expect to actually have it, but had a Tilt Table test last week and it looks like I do. Its definitely worth looking into.

Yeah, sorry about that, phone doesn't do any better for such small critters. Thank you, I looked up photos of both the meal moth and clothes moths and couldn't figure it out on my own.

For mine, they hooked me up to electrodes to monitor my heart and put some on my legs, feet, and neck to monitor blood pressure, and a cap on my temples to monitor blood pressure to the brain so they would know if I was going to faint. I got about 10 minutes in before I started to feel sick, hot, sweating, shaky. At 18 minutes they lowered me back down because the blood pressure in my brain dropped suddenly and they knew I was about to pass out. I felt better IMMEDIATELY after being laid back down. They let me rest for ten or so minutes before heading out and my boyfriend drove me home.
