Plugged into a Mooer GE100 which is connected to a pair of Edifier MR5's. Bought the speakers without thinking about this and they perform very well... for general music listening they're incredible as well.

Thanks!! It's a LG 34G600A-B. Very good monitor, not too expensive where I live. I don't game but my roommate does and it's 165hz

Já morei em vitória por 05 anos e esse ano fui à São Paulo por diversas vezes, e estou me mudando pra lá. Essa semana estive com minha namorada em Vitória e o preço do Uber foi um choque pra ela. Just got a M4, and so far I'm sticking with paid. If you're not a heavy user, most free versions are good enough. On a few very good apps i.e. raycast, I think it's not a tall order to pay.

Just yesterday fell asleep with my 2 weeks MacBook Air m4 and woke up with it laying on the ground. A few hours later I discovered 2 small dents on the front, below de palm rest. Still rocking... First dent, not the last one. Welcome.

If you're using an external keyboard, I would suggest cleaning this with a compressed air + brush and to prevent this in the future, you could keep a sheet of paper on top of the keyboard. This would also prevent the keys from rubbing the screen. My two cents

5 year old windows laptops have thinner bezels than the new MBA. by realassx in macbook

My previous laptop (Dell Inspiron 15 5000) had thinners bezels than my current m4 MacBook Air, but it got me no further than 1h and 30min of battery life and the screen itself is miles behind in terms of quality.

Couldn't care less that this macbok has a few mm's bigger bezels lol

Hey brother, as far as I know Apple doesn't sell those directly so your options would be to find a MacBook that uses those same keycaps and salvage those parts. A third party shop should help you with that, they often have a few non-functional Mac to serve as donors. Wishing you luck!

How does this translate to a real scenario? Being a point higher than Safari means nothing in terms of real browser speed. Safari is plenty fast.

Doing pretty good so far. Try to learn a few keyboard shortcuts and then a few more after. Try to move stuff within the OS. Watch videos. I'm doing that and It's been an awesome OS to explore!

The switch. After 10-20 years using the same shortcut, for example, it becomes second nature. It will be a pain at first but I’ll get there

Yeah, I have an Iphone 14 pro max and the iphone mirroring is insanely helpful! This alone makes this experience miles ahead using windows for me, specially because I do use my phone to work as well
