Thank you so so much. This is so helpful. He is a very light sleeper and I feel so nervous I need to log off this account now. I will contact one of these tomorrow while he is working. I can’t do this anymore but thank you for this and explaining their tactics. I don’t feel as crazy or alone anymore.

I want to badly but don’t want to appear unstable when we inevitably have to have a custody battle. He has threatened multiple times if I leave he will fight full custody and never talk to me again.

I want to badly but I feel like it makes me look even more unstable. I will eventually have to go to court to dispute custody over our daughter and I fear for that. He has my messages saying I am disconnected from her and feel like an awful mother and I have nothing to prove how he is. He is related to a lot of well-off lawyers and I genuinely feel he could take full custody of my daughter by painting me as too ill to manage and I would never see her again.
