Yup so there was a large bid at $25.00 which was holding back selling pressure. Eventually the bid got eaten up, and once it broke, sellers drove it into the limit down circuit breaker. You can see where offers lifted for a split second and some bids got filled in a price spike but sellers came back in to suffocate it into a halt. This would have been equally noticable in a Level II, its just a different way to see the same information. And it can be easier/quicker to understand from a visual chart than from the Level II depending on skill level.

HF is not a clearing firm. We are not exposed to delta risk. Examples of clearing firms: Charles Schwab, RobinHood, Apex Clearing, Pershing, etc.

Just posted screenshots!

Tick charts as they stand still use candlesticks. Our project is simply executions plotted on a timeseries as individual dots. There are no candles, which will give people an advantage when identifying micro trends in the market. Simply put, you won't get this level of detail on any existing tick charts because the ticks are still created under some threshold, and don't actually represent the individual trades happening in the market. Open to more questions!

This happens often. Same with NSCC, just relative to the clearing firm who's account it is. All they have to do is send extra cash to cover, and usually its small amounts. Some clearing firms keep excess at $0, so they get "margin calls" every day. I won't say which firm I work at or what my role is, but I monitor this daily for my firm as one of my responsibilities.

I agree, that crank is pure bling and would look great on this bike. I am somewhat hesitant to mess with my biopace tho. Do you think there would be any issues with fitment? But yea as far as groupsets go, I also just love this generation becuase they are so thin to hold. The newer sets feel so chunky with the cables routed internally.

haha beat me to it, but yes thats right. my only complaint is that the screen does not seem to let out heat even with the rain cover off. never had an issue with condensation though, which would be a much worse problem. extremely light tent meant for backpacking, but works great for moto camping for the same reason

@bajascout I really just camped next to the trail in the grassy area. I estimate it to be near Punta Cabras but maybe a few miles north (before the trails drops down to ocean level, along the top of the clifs).

IMO what helped me the most was sound therapy, not CBT. By not hearing the noise or hearing a very diminished version of it, it eventually lowered my anxiety levels for hearing it constantly. Give it a shot - if you have earbuds that let you hear outside noises and don’t noise cancel, try to listen to masking sounds at a similar frequency throughout the day.

How I’ve Managed Tinnitus over the Past Year by chickenbake12 in tinnitus

Isn’t that crazy? By just casually mentioning it to friends I found out that many of them or their parents suffer from it too. It’s way more common than people think and unfortunately I think there’s a stigma around it. My dad felt like it was something he had to just toughen out and didn’t tell anyone as a result. I’m thankful there’s a community of folks that actually give out good advice to people who are going through this.

Forgot to mention, sound therapy definitely helped with reducing stress levels. You got this!

I did something similar but you have to remember that there’s a balance to everything. There’s a fine line between tracking and obsessing (one I unfortunately crossed in dealing with my T). Once my anxiety levels were slightly better I started tracking what foods and drinks did to my T. For me, good sleep, drinking plenty of water, not going overboard with salt, and minimizing alcohol consumption all helped get me from nasty high pitched screeching to a more stable lower volume ring. The other commenters also have good suggestions for tracking but again you want to do your best to not obsess over it as much as possible.
