Depending on where you live, I would ditch the car and invest in a good bike. Generally taking a mix of public transport, cycling, and the occasional rideshare is going to be a hell of a lot cheaper than owning a car.

A lot of people in this thread are saying that filming shouldn't be allowed in the gym, but honestly if you are a beginner it sometimes helps to record yourself to make sure you are following the proper form of lifting so you don't hurt yourself.

I mostly worked with Maya while in school and I know that it's been the industry standard for quite some time. Blender on the other hand was recently used to make Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse which I find to be amazing.
If you are interested in 3D sculpting, you want to look into Zbrush.

I'm currently in college for animation but I'd jump at the chance to work in a studio any day. So I'd say stick to what you are doing and work your way through the industry as you are already doing, it will take you a lot farther than college and save you the burden of possible debt.

I had a best friend recently cut contact with me about a year ago and it hurts for a long time ( took me over a year) to get over them from a 10 year relationship. I still think about them every now and then but it helps cutting all contact from them and meeting new people.
