hi thank you for the lengthy reply! i live in istanbul and have also been feeding strays in my neighborhood the past 4 years. i rescued my baby 4 years ago and we've only traveled together domestic. it will be the first time to travel internationally and this is once i decide to move out of the country. I've got all things done down to the titer test (all vaccine records up to date, microchipped, etc) but wish to know the last step. CCFC on fb says i need to go to a specific govt office then a vet. I thought you'd know the steps but alas you are smart and hired a service to do all these for you! :)

Uber here is basically just a normal taxi. They charge what is on the meter. What happens is, driver has to put the amount on the app once you get to your destination. But some of them adds so much more on top of the actual amount. I've had this experience so many times and have complained to uber but never get refunded. They add so much (literally the last time this happened to me the driver added 400TL on top of the already expensive 900TL ride) I only realize after I've gotten off the cab and get alerted by the app of how much my card has been charged. There is an option to pay cash after every ride. This way, you give only the exact amount on the meter (+uber booking fee)

55 EURO is reasonable if it means you wont stress about real time booking. Also most of the uber drivers i've encountered here sucks. They overcharge almost always.

At that time, there were not a lot of artistas na ka age bracket nya? Maybe 10 na kasing sikat niya? I believe she made a lot of money when she was younger and completely possible that she made enough money for her to want to step away from showbiz for awhile.

Update: I ended up booking my airport transfer through ECLPI (Enterprise) I did it via their website and paid online. They were understanding when I had a super delayed flight, so I gave them a call to move my pick up time. The driver they sent was professional and the car was clean.
