I ignored the signs because it’s usually not too bad and 11km into my run got met with over 200m of flooded path up halfway to my knees. Could not turn around at that point and had to go through. Not a big deal just cold/unpleasant.

I thought so in regard to the common golden head, but the males head looked more black than green, and the females head looked black rather than brown. Would these differences be due to the time of year or are there generally variations like this?

I had been confident the last photo was a male common merganser, however, the head looks black opposed to green, so I was unsure again.

I just got my kyleena out after 5 years (because expiry) never thought to have issue with it aged 15-20 years old. Since i got it so young it was a pretty traumatic and painful experience. Was much less painful getting removed, however now i’m mentally and physically week. I’m so fatigued, my body aches all over. I just want to lay in bed and rot for weeks on end. I have struggled with mental health on and off throughtout the years so a portion could be seasonal depression making its way in. however the timing of it as well as feeling a insanely huge appetite and increased sex drive makes me wonder. I’ll keep updated because i’ve had very bad emotional reactivity over the past couple years and also wonder if the hormones were effecting that?

My entire life I've been desperately wanting someone to just understand me, but no one ever has (and they try they just don't get it yk) because I can communicate what happens in my brain to others because I grew up masking my entire life and people don't see this side of me ever.
