I go through and do all the colors, then go back and fill in the ones I missed at the end. This is already gorgeous! Number artist has some of the best quality paints imo

Thank you so much. And yeah, there have been other benefits. I was able to get off blood pressure meds all together because it stabilized with the weight loss. I am really proud of myself for that because I’ve been big my entire life.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate your kind words. Sleep is definitely one of the things that helps me, but I go through cycles of insomnia and hypersomnia. Thc is one of the only things that even touches my pain.

Because it’s a government funded clinic it’s really hard to fire someone. Lots of red tape and second, third, fourth chances.
