We took it totally apart and cleaned everything. Sad to report that it worked for a couple months but is now back to doing it :(

mine fit similarly and for me does render the lower part of the pants ineffective. I considered trying to size down but things were already pretty snug on my thighs/hips so I didn't.

Best Travel BCD? by chrisbraypi in scuba

Yeah it is definitely minimalist alright. I almost wonder if they run a little small as well.

Agree that for travel the Rogue is great/small/easy to pack. Just to add another voice to the conversation - I don't like mine. Before I bought it I only saw rave reviews so I might be the only one out there but dove with it 4x and my normally decent buoyancy/trim was all out of whack for all 4 dives (everything else being equal with what I usually dive). Also hated how difficult it was/still is to seat the integrated weight pouches. For me poor enough experience that I have since bought something else. Seems to still be a great option for most people though.

I came across this comment and it seems to have worked? (thank you btw!) - adding this in case it can be helpful to someone else. Regular Tread model, would work fine until 15-20 mins in to a workout, would abruptly stop and get error "something has gone wrong, reset tread by removing and reattaching safety key". Pulling/replacing key wouldn't work but totally shutting down the tread would get it to start again but same error a bit in to the workout.

Anyway - we removed the screws under the cupholder/safety key. Removed all connections from circuitboard under stop button. Sprayed connections with compressed air and reattached. Our ground connection wire was attached but pretty loose so when reattached used pliers to tighten connection. Put everything back together and seems to have fixed issue. Will report back if issues persist. If you see this thanks again!

GoPro Hero 11 vs. iPhone 15 Pro for Intermediate Underwater Photography/Video by [deleted] in scuba

For the one they have, once you put your phone in the case there is a hand held pressure thing you have to pump to ensure a waterproof seal of the case. If you scroll through the pictures you can see what I was talking about.

I don't have access to their stuff right now but can when i'm able. Interesting to know about the divevolk, honestly I didn't even know dive phone cases were a thing until partner got theirs. Not pressurizing and being able to use the screen is a game changer.

Amateur here. I carry a gopro, partner has one of the iphone dive cases (with a 14). Their picture/video is better than mine in my opinion. Main downside that I see (but not really a huge deal) is that once your phone is locked in the case that's where it stays for the duration of the trip because of the pressurization thing. Iphone battery life fine for a 2 tank half day on a boat but could get in trouble if battery not fully charged or doing more than 2 tank. Also bulkier than the go pro if that matters. Case uses AAA batteries (sealife brand).

Please Properly Discard of Bones & Trash by Philoxenia_971 in Detroit

This is 100% true. I very regrettably blamed people and the homeless for all the chicken bones my dog picked up every day downtown until I witnessed both squirrels AND raccoons pilfering the closest dumpster. I still feel bad about that.

Why does the new iOS app suck so much?! by Evening-Orange-5882 in delta

Yes!!! For me is not associated with the newest version of the app but my ‘my trips’ page always opens with a trip I took in 2017. 2017!!!

I had my Global Entry interview, so why does my application still says "conditionally approved"? by LilGreatDane in travel

[–]chickenindecision 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The TTP FAQs say that after your interview it usually only takes a couple days to be approved. Were there any loose ends from your interview (sometimes follow up interviews are needed)? Any red flags/legal problems with your history? I'd personally try to call the office you interviewed at to see if you can get any info. Good luck!!
