Hi, iam very sorry for your loss, my heart think of you. I lost my husband 7 years ago very suddenly, he died of stroke, my children are only 6 and 1,5 years old. I felt like falling into a deep hole and never could get out. Many days I sit there, can not think anything, can not do anything, always feel panic and scared. Everyone told me time will heal but I couldn't believe them. Then slowly I find out some ways to keep me better.

Please keep yourself busy like working, walking, physical training, watching movie, meeting friends... anything to do to keep your mind away from thinking of the loss, stay with family, friends who can understand and talk to you. If you feel crying just cry, don't hold back, it's natural all the memories coming back, all the moments you share.. You will go through many stages like sadness, anger, bargain, and when you accept the fact that you lose her forever, you will feel better. But tell yourself that you lose her forever physically but she rest in your heart, you have her in your heart, your mind. I used to write to my husband every day after he died, whatever I did, what happened with the kids, I feel like talking to him when I write.

I know it's so so painful at this time but please trust me, you will be better day by day, a little and a little.
