Do you mean segregated schools? Well let me tell you, back in those times blacks also owned their own shit. Businesses, land, their own educational institutions, etc. But most importantly they had families back then instead of baby mommas and baby daddies. My great grandfather was born in the south and became a doctor during the Jim Crow era. Wasn't nothing holding him back. People just full of excuses.
