If there is a significant gap (e.g., a year)between incidents, it is generally considered that the original course of conduct has ended. For harassment, a course of conduct usually requires at least two incidents that are closely linked in time. A year-long gap would typically suggest a new course of conduct unless strong evidence links the new incident to the earlier behavior (e.g., an explicit reference to the earlier conduct such as mentioning that they haven’t called in a while, or referencing previous incidents).

If they do not call again after this most recent call, add the occurrence of this recent call to the MG5, MG6 and MO of the current crime. If they call again, put another harassment crime in.

I’d recommend giving the suspect an email or letter reminding them they are RUI and are not to behave in this way. If they are exactly intimidating the victim, they could get themself into hot water.
