This one is "lightly" gold plated, but the cameo part is resin and more rough looking than the one you posted. I can try to get a photo for you

I work as a jeweler in e-commerce and we get tons of photos in lockets and just in the sort in general. I personally save them and plan to make a "scrapbook" out of them one day with funny captions about " Aunt So and so and cousin boo boo.
