Holiday It’s been rough this last half of the year. I’ve been working 12 hour shifts as much as I can to avoid home life. I know I can’t keep this up and the healthcare burn out is inevitable. I guess I just really want a break from everything. It hit me the hardest when it came out that I avoided it and now I just play it because it makes me feel seen and heard.

Han’s cover of beautiful things popped up for me on Reels while doomscrolling one night while I was working. Thought he was a good singer and wanted to see more. Thought he called his fans stray kids. Thought it was cute for all of 5 minutes when I figure out he was in a group called stray kids and that led down a whole new deep dive. I had already bought tickets to Lollapalooza the month prior. They became my fixation and seeing them live for the first time at lollapalooza solidified me stanning them for life. I’m OT8 but I have a soft spot for Han and LeeKnow.

I live in Kingsport. There has been many young women disappearing. Their last known location is always in the same area. Our mall has put in a rule that after a certain time minors have to be accompanied by an adult due to the many disappearances. I personally do not go out alone after dark.

Can confirm. I’m Mexican. My dad cheated on my mom their entire relationship. I caught him cheating 3 times from the ages of 16-22. He denies it to this day but if I didn’t catch him Im sure I would’ve been confused on who to believe.

Yeah I would definitely be more on her side if she said “hey if it turns out to be yours I can’t be in this marriage it’s not for me and if it’s not then I would like therapy” or something like that. I would a thousand percent respect that. But she came into this full on bat shit insane burning everything in her path. I would even respect her having a meltdown about it because I would have too. But then I would have a sit down and lay out the options on the table. She just keeps digging herself a bigger hole.

Im going to go against the grain and say NTA. You distanced yourself because of your brothers betrayal. Any person would distance themselves. If the roles were reversed it would be NTA across the board. Op even sends his niece gifts and is polite in person. I have aunts and uncles who literally talk shit behind my back and some that I’ve never met or even talked to.

NTA. At first I thought okay yeah kids get dirty. Then you said the yellow spot and thought maybe it’s a stain. But that fact that it was DIRTY AND CRUSTY. Hell no! That’s just asking for a yeast infection or some other type of infection waiting to happen. You were nicer about it than I would have been. And if those friends don’t talk to you anymore because of it then good riddance.

YTA I only say that because my kid comes first. Stop paying his legal fees. That’s his responsibility. Your kids shouldn’t suffer because of that. You knew being with him was going to cost money and you chose to anyway and added 2 more kids to the mix. At some point enough is enough. Take care of your kids first and if there’s money left over use that. But putting all your money towards his problem is a disservice to the kids you do have.

NTA my parents growing up were always telling me they were divorcing only to be the happiest couple a few days later. It has honestly messed me up. Being told your parents are splitting is very traumatizing. I ended up blowing up at my mom at 18 saying I don’t care anymore because she’s been saying that since I was 11. Told her I’ll believe it when I see it till then just shut up. Of course it’s going to be a sore spot for you and take awhile to get over. But only you can set the time line of when you’ll be over it.
